Water Bottle Policy

To ensure the safety and security of all students, personal reusable water bottles, Stanley cups, tumblers, and similar containers are not permitted inside classrooms.

Students may bring water to school only in a sealed disposable plastic water bottle. Upon arrival, disposable water bottles must be placed in the designated bin located at the front entrance before students report to class.

Students with a documented medical condition requiring access to water throughout the school day may carry a water bottle only after submitting a physician's note to the school nurse or administration for approval.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in the item being collected by school staff.

Electronic Device Policy

To maintain a focused learning environment, personal electronic devices—including cellular phones, smart watches, tablets, gaming devices, earbuds, headphones, iPods, camera and other music devices—are not permitted during the school day.

As part of our daily school procedures, all cellular phones and electronic devices must be turned in upon arrival each morning. Devices will be securely stored in a locked location throughout the school day and returned to students at dismissal.

This is a mandatory procedure for all students.

Students who fail to submit their electronic devices or who are found with a device during the school day will be subject to the following disciplinary actions:
• Immediate confiscation of the device.
• Parent/Guardian conference before the device is returned.
• Additional disciplinary consequences, including suspension, for repeated violations or refusal to comply with the policy.

We appreciate your support in helping us maintain a safe, focused, and distraction-free learning environment.
